Poorly managed My stay start off with me at the front desk and the receptionist telling me my room is taken and they will have to give me a different room. The room seem very clean. On the other note the carpet or room have a water damage smell, not mildew. Carpet was dirty and had cigarette burns while these are suppose to be smoke free rooms. When taking a shower water would fill up in tub. Doesn't go down until shower is off. Same with bathroom sink. Dish washer had water left in it. Stove knobs dont have numbers on it so... read more

The staff are always accommodating, friendly and prompt in responding to questions or issues (which are rare). The rooms are clean and well maintained. I love staying here cuz it feels just like home.
