We had a horrible experience at the hotel. There was a very strong smell of marijuana. There were strange people on the premises. We were there with our 3-year-old baby, and they reprimanded us in a very rude way, insulting us, because they could hear the child's footsteps from downstairs. NEVER! would I stay there again. It's a place for criminals, not for families.

The room had a really bad smell!! Not only that there was roaches on the bathroom and on the room! Me and my family could not stay there at all we left right after our check in. They could not give us amother room or do anything because the matainance persona was not there they said!!!

The receptionist was busy with his call during the checkin process and it was a very bad customer service. Very disrespectful. The rooms were not clean. Towels, bed sheets had dirt and hair. Was very disgusting. Very disappointing.

It was the worst experience hotel I’ve ever went to.Came in nobody was at the counter even when we left still services were horrible.When looking at this hotel it says no smoking but everybody was smoking.Hallways everything smelled like cigarettes.First night there was a fire in the laundry room and bathroom was dirty.

No front desk service, had questions that couldn't be answered because no one was at the front desk, checked out Thursday and haven't received my $100 deposited. They want the deposit but don't want to give it back.. I need my $100. Thank you!
