The elevator was closed two days this week I’m disabled and ur front desk staff wasn’t helpful or concern and NO breakfast three days only two carts for guest to use so guest were keeping them in their rooms smh not a good stay this time Ashley is the best front desk employee

As soon as we got there felt wrong, when we opened the room the smell of cigarette and pee was unbearable the floor was sticky and the bed covers was all stained like big yellow satins on white sheets, they told me that there’s nothing that they could do no cleaning service no nothing told them to follow me to the room and even they were surprised gave me “clean sheets” equally stained. Everything was good, but i didn't like the room (it smell not good), the key doesn't work (so i had to go back to the reception 3 times), the bed has a plastic inside (so it was not comfortable).

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was dirty when we arrived, grease beside the refrigerator, dust and dirt under the bed, and a floor that would dirty the towel is you wiped up water. The hotel has roaches as well. Despite reporting issues, the staff showed no interest in resolving anything. The biggest problem was that the hotel had no hot water for two consecutive days, making it impossible to shower. The room had a bad smell to it......the floors were dirty the sofa had stains and rips in and several roaches were in the room
