I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first thing we noticed was a cockroach in the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. On top of that, both the toilet and sink were clogged, making the bathroom basically unusable. There were visible stains on the lamp, adding to how poorly maintained the room felt. I checked into the hotel and the beds had blood and urine stains. We left immediately. The room was unsanitary and unsafe. I need a full refund

Not listed on policies was the $100 deposit. Obviously, they experience damage due to their clienin line cancelled reservation because of blood stains in their newly reserved room.

Booked online only to arrive to the hotel and told by the front desk that there were no rooms available. Front desk told me to contact the booking site for a refund. The booking site said they had to contact the hotel whom then stated that I was a no show.. In a dispute now to get a refund.

I booked the room and called in advance to notify them I would only be able to check-in for 5:00am due to my flight in to Philly. They asked me to complete an “authorization form”. All good, submitted, paid for the room in full, in advance. The nice lady on the phone I was speaking with said I was now “checked in” to the room and all I had to do was pick up my room key and I would be good to go! The worst hotel that I have been!! As soon I about to check the the staffs were arguing with each other and didn’t help me to check in. The place was super dirty and filthy!! You can’t not find an attendant if you need help!!! The phone in the room didn’t work at all!

When I got there one of my room options I reserved wasn’t in the system. I opted for another. Both rooms the keys did not work. We came back from a concert near by and could not get into our rooms BOTH ROOMS ON DIFFERENT FLOORS and was locked out for an hour couldn’t find anyone to help. There was bugs in one room and the other room the floors was Awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
