We loved the staff from the front sesk to the "coffee lady" to the helpful young man on staff. Always helpful, responsive and friendly!

Clean room, however one if the walls had a few areas that is in need of paint.

My experience with the staff was good . However the rooms need upgrading .
Microwave was broken. Bathroom mirror frame was missing 1 side. Kitchen was barren. Nothing stocked. No dishes. No utensils. No glasses. Poor facility. $12 daily parking was not properly noted in the reservation site.

Coming off the elevator when walking to my room, there was a big ass knife just laying on the floor. I had to call the front desk to tell them what was going on. Someone did come straight up to remove the knife. But how long was it sitting there before i seen it. That was DEFINITELY bad business. Anyone and anything could of happened with knife just laying there in the open.
