Terrible booked and paid for room for our client and he got there and they gave his room away .. NEVER AGAIN

DIRTY!!!! The only hotel I’ve been too where they have a armed security guard on-site. Initially walking in there was no one at the front desk so I had to wait to be helped. Then once I get my key and I am headed upstairs I feel like I was in an apartment building owned by slum lords, the hallways smelled like alcoholic beverages and marijuana, carpet was dirty, get to the room and the one lamp was broke, refrigerator looked like someone patched it up like drywall… just a overall horrible experience.

Dirty, outdated, shady, and NO SHUTTLE to the airport even though the price included this amenity. The funiture was broken. There were NO amenities, and no kitchenware in the room. The front area can only be described as slum-like. My original reservation on Expedia was for Embassy Suites (9000 Bartram Ave), but for some reason, they sent me directly next door to the Extended Stay America (9000 Tinicum).
