The property was horribly filthy and the staff were incredibly unhelpful.

We were checked in to the wrong facility - the one down the street by mistake and they did not tell my friend (who checked in for me) that she was in the wrong place. We stayed in a terrible, run down place next to the Embassy Suites and were actually frightened to be there. So mad that they did not tell her that our booking was up the street, not there.

Worst possible hotel Upon arrival at the Extended America suites in Philadelphia we showed up tired from a long trip and was greeted by no body at the desk. That continued for 30 minutes of waiting only to be told me needed to go the extended stay across the street. Once we got our keys the nightmare began.
