The first room I was assigned had water on the floor. The second room the keys did not work at first, so it took me multiple trips to the front desk to get the room door keys working. Guest cannot enter the building from the parking lot in the rear because the card keys does not work for that door.

Looks great from the outside!! Staff was rude had a whole conversation where she acted out her scenario for 10 minutes before helping me.. room was clean but bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor. Not the worst but could’ve been better .

It was obvious to us that the Manager of the property has developed a rare sense of team- "we're all in this together" with her employees! They all seemed to be doing their best.

The property and rooms are in need of a upgrade. Priced as hotel feels like a motel with old damaged paint and stained carpet etc won’t return
