Extended Stay PHL - Cherryhill Unfortunately my room was terrible. Dirty spread on one bed. Light over bed did not work. Bathroom vent was extremely loud each time you turned on the light. This was too bad because the staff and lobby area was very nice. Unfortnately, I would not stay here again.

the extended stay hotel in cherry hill,nj on rte 70 east was very out dated. Only 2 lights worked and the bed kept popping up and down whe you sat on. the light was better then a clap on light . lean one on the the light went off another way it went on. Overall, I only stayed there one night. thank goodness. the front desk personal where very helpful and pleasant.

Go somewhere else This is a filty place that is not kept. Room was nasty and had an order, toliet was broken, trash room was overfilled and no room service at all.

Beware late checkins-NO night management & more Although we had booked online, and confirmed & had been charged the full amount, upon arrival we were told they had no rooms. This was by a gracious laundress. Apparently, there is NO night management, no one to call in case of emergency or if you're in need of immediate attention...BAD deal. After checking with other hotels, no one seemed to have 2 rooms, the laundress went physically to search for what appeared to be vacant rooms. so so motel They were a nice management there...we had a room with a lock did not work which management took care of by morning with another room. But there was limited service (no towels at times and had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper).

Not as expected We found it necessary to find an 2-3 night overnight stay in the Philly area and did not want to pay a fortune during the busy summer season. Unfortunately, we should have paid a little more to at least have a few comforts that are normally expected when you travel. Such as small toiletries in the room, a decent TV with normal channels and something other than weekly changing of towels for maid service.

Bad hotel, good staff This hotel was not what I expected. First of all, we had called to say we'd get in late and the person who answered did not inform us that no one is at the desk past 11pm. When we got lost and could not find the hotel at 11:15, no one answered the phone. Finally got to the hotel at midnight and had to call to wake the night agent.
