good location. might try again The room was very nice, however the air conditioner and a burner didn't work. lucky for us it was a fairly cool weekend.

The room was not comfortable and not enough pillow Ants found on bed. Bathroom is not clean. Cleanliness of hotel is so important. I take cleanliness over customer service

TOO MUCH DEODORIZING Kitchen was clean but the heavy deodorizing and the tile floors are a big negative

A warning is nice The "please excuse our appearance during construction" sign in no way lets you know that construction will start promptly at 7:30am and last til 7:30. The incesent banging made it impossible to sleep and when we returned from our day around 9pm, the power was out on our floor.

I did not have heat in my room. When I turned it on there was a burning smell and an alarm went off. I spoke to the front desk to inform and they said they would have someone call me back. Took down information and have never heard back from anyone. I have stayed there many times but can assure that I will no longer patronize them again. Very poor customer service. Disgusted Dirty and worn I refused to stay there and booked another hotel Front desk not welcoming Chose multiple pejorative nicknames and all were taken by other customers .... More than a clue to you
