Ok hotel accessible to where i needed to go I needed a budget hotel as i was staying for 11 days which was close enough to the places i needed to be. Price wise, it was fine. The room though comfortable was not properly tidied when i checked in. The sheets had not been changed. Even when i asked for the room to be cleaned after my first 3 days, the job was substandard. Adequate but not worth a second booking. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Building was old but freshly painted. Motel is pet friendly and hallway smelled like it. Room was clean and freshly painted but kitchenette was old; room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom sink drain was slow. Refrigerator door handle was broken off and missing. Access and exit very difficult due to location on busy on-off ramp from expressway onto SR 70, right turn only out of driveway to jug handle turn around.

Inconvenienced I booked my hotel through hotels.com, I clearly specified non smoking. Later that evening when I checked in, my non smoking room was no longer available. I paid for a non smoking room and I was given a smoking room. I was inconvenienced and will never stay at the Extended Stay In Cherry Hill, NJ again.

Easy and convenient. Smelly and Dirty. They checked us in very quickly and easily. When we got to the room it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. We immediately called the desk and they found us an open room. We moved into that room, but it was gross. There were multiple clumps of hair throughout the space. It was incredibly gross.

Disgusted. The smell was awful. No non smoking rooms and it was old.

MOTEL, NOT A HOTEL THIS IS MORE A MOTEL THAN A HOTEL. HARD MATTRESS, BED SHEETS DIDNT SMELL CLEAN, AND THEY WERE WRINKLED. NO PLACE TO BUY BREAKFAST.
Never again! Only stay there if you absolutely have to! Others who stayed there were loud, and it was sonewhat terrifying to leave the room... i could hear a woman crying, a dog barking & yelling... In the room the TV did not work, there were no cups or coffee, barely any towel & the bed made me itch all night.
