Loud, smoke smelling Checked in on Valentine's Day night. Booked a non smoking room and the entire hallway of our floor and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. No shampoo or anything in the bathroom. Wifi wasn't working. Snowed that night and the outside was an icy mess. Saw one staff member the entire time. At 9am the next morning the smoke alarm for the entire building was going off. Policy of a $100 cash hold for incidentals listed online wasn't allowed once we checked in. Made us use credit. Is this a good room? I must say this was the most interesting stay I've had in any hotel. I was switched to 3 different rooms in one night because the plumbing and heating did not work. Not to mention, there was no manager on site to make adjustment to my bill for the inconvenience. They had housekeeping running the front desk at night.
Discusting This hotel had no type of toiletries in the room,only one bar of soap, the towels where yellowish,rough and stained and to top it there was hair in the bed/sheets that belong to someone else. Obiously these bed sheets where not changed.

Awful stay avoid this place!!!! Terrible. Room above me was non stop jumping, running, and bumping. I called front desk 3 times and she never did anything. I asked for new room and was told there where no clean non smoking room. My bed blanket had strange animal hair on entire thing on front and back. I will never stay at extended stay in any state and plan to share this experience with everyone that asks me how my weekend was since I can't get any of my hotel fee back. Awful!!
Small extended stay The hotel rooms were small for an extended stay hotel. It wasn't well kept, the hotel furniture is falling apart..

Nope When we checked in at 730pm we were told our room may not be ready. There were stains on the comforters and chairs and we over heard someone checking out who stated that there was no toilet paper in their room when they checked in. Our fridge had no door handle. Would not stay here again.
the sheets has stains on them, and there was hair left in the bathtub.

Staff un knowledgeable, rowdy hotel guest, no cleaning of room daily and very, very limited breakfast.
