Poor maintenance The handle on the shower fell off when I tried to take a shower.

Room smelled like cigarettes walking through the door, floors in both kitchenette and bathroom were dirty and sticky. Some syrupy orange stuff on the bathroom floors. No dishes, no hair dyed yet the holder for the hair dryer was there, moldy brown type stuff on the ceiling above the shower, door handle to the bathroom came right off when trying to open the door, dim, unlit hallways, and did not feel safe overall.

after a long day out at atco raceway we checked in and didnt sleep good the bed was hard I woke up with body aches the room smell was like petty bad I woke up thinking they have a good breakfast and there was only coffee and hot water for the oatmeal the water was dirty I would never stay there I wouldn't recommended to anybody the rooms are old style they don't have an ice machine very horrible experience

I travel a lot, and this may be one of the worst properties I've stayed at, Entire hotel was dirty and smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, The cabinet doors in the kitchenette were hanging off the hinges, there were burn marks all over the carpet, TV remote did not work. The "continental" breakfast was granola bars and oat meal, that was it. First time I ever checked out of a hotel after having checked in.

Bloody pillow is unacceptable! Upon check in I go in my room and everything is broken! From the cabinets to the curtains. There was no tissue or tissue holder in bathroom after a long drive. No cups or face tissues! And worst of all there was huge blood stain on pillow covered with a pillow case! Also blood stain on bed. Front desk staff only offered to change pillow! I was delirious!
