The property was short staffed and also not fully stocked with anything. I waited a long time to get greeted to be checking in. When I went to my room, there was no kitchen items at all - no cups, utensils, glasses for drinking. When I asked, I was told they didn't have anything but then somehow found a fork and spoon to give me. Being an extended stay suite - I foolishly assumed they would at least have plates and cups in the kitchen! LOL

Do apologize if you where not given the lay out of the amenities. We do not stock them in the room for covid purposes. They are kept at the front desk upon request and there are amenity cards in the room upon arrival in the room that will explain.
Rooms were empty and plain. You could only get coffee in the morning in the lobby. No coffee maker or hair dryer in the rooms. Not even an ice bucket. Fire alarm unplugged, shower curtain had stains. Beds were ok. Not a normal hotel experience for sure.

Friendly staff
I love staying here because of the cleanliness, convince, but most of all the staff. All of the front desk, housekeeping & maintenance are phenomenal and will do anything to help make your stay more comfortable. The manager is the sweetest lady! It's always pleasant coming in to see her and how well she leads hotel staff. She will do what it takes to ensure her employees are all on point and her guests are all satisfied.
