A NCIE PROPERTY WITH GREAT STAFF
Ok for pet friendly The elevator was not working. It had snowed earlier in the week and the parking lot and entrances were not properly cleared. It snowed again while we were there and it was still not cleared properly. We had our dog so we had to go in and out frequently so this was an issue.
It is a wonderful property, spacious, well organized, enough space for parking cars at any time, well connected to main roads, and convenient for someone prefering to stay and meet people in and around Exton, Malvern, Chester Springs etc. MEGAN is a nice individual, a great staff, very helpful and jovial
The place was rather rundown. The hair dryer in my room started smoking as soon as I turned it on. No one at front desk so I had to fly out with wet hair.
The staff was extremely helpful on check in
We was very pleased to stay no complaint.
