Extended Stay America - Exton As usual the staff was very polite. The room was good, but the recliner was broke and was in need of repair and a good cleaning.

Well worth The Stay, and value!!!!!!! This Hotel was very nice, and very quiet. It was very accessable to all of the things a traveler would want . A very good area to stay in . Safe secure,and respectable. NO WORRYS THERE! I WOULD RECCOMEND AND STAY THERE AGAIN! Very nice,and helpful hotel staff.

Just Lovely The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The small kitchen was charming and provided everything we needed. Food and shopping areas close by. Lovely place to stay.

Somewhat disapointed Upon arriving at the hotel, I had requested a non-smoking room, which I did not recieve.... the smell was HORRIBLE! The room was clean and neat, but you can not put a non-smoker with azema in a smoking room.... I did not get any sleep that night as had to drive all the next day..... very upset to have to pay the price that I did, and not getting a good nights sleep.

The entire hotel smelled. When we arrived in the evening, the hallways smelled like a mix of smoke and mildew. The next next morning they were better, it kind of smelled like they sprayed air freshener. Our room had a musty smoke smell. Everything in the room was very very old and basic. The worst part was the floor from the air conditioner to the bed was soaking wet it extended from the air conditioner out about 3 feet in all directions. When I checked in no one was at the desk for over 10 minutes. They gave me a room that already had someone in it when I entered (horrible experience). The room I got smelled terrible and was not clean. I will never stay here again no will I recommend family visiting the area stay here.

Our room had a large amount of ants behind the headboard of one of the beds that we did not discover until the morning after our first night. This issue was brought to the front desk, the woman was very apologetic and moved us to a new room and told us she issued a refund for the inconvenience. The refund was for $6.93. Thanks, extended stay....
