Check-in was after 3 pm, but room wasn't ready at 3:30 pm because it still needed to be "cleaned." When finally entered room, there were poop stains in the toilet, clumps of hair in tub and on bathroom door. Layer of dust on all flat surfaces in room. Bottoms of white sox were black within minutes of walking on the floor. Some sort of alarm or machinery let out a very loud tweet in the stairwell across the hall every minute for the entire time there. Breakfast was only muffins and granola bars.
Targeted Racism Had a very pleasant stay up until Thursday evening when an Elderly, Wrinkling Caucasian woman, came to me while I was in my vehicle minding my own business. She claims shes the Head Manager at this facility and that starting Thursday, I would be required to have a vehicle tag displayed in order to enter the parking lot. She then proceeds to inform me that shes asked the manager on duty to be present during this conversation, but that I should have "nothing to worry about" so I go in, speak to a *different* ma... read more
Poor customer service
I am a traveler who for the most part books budget hotels. Red Roof or similar as usually I only stay a night or two and only am there to sleep. So I do not have high EXPECATIONS. I booked this because it was about 20.00 cheaper than the Hampton in right down the street. Big mistake. My greeting was good but that is where good ended. I went right to my room as I was traveling by plane and car all day. I got into bed and i had no top sheet. I got one from the front desk and she said during the day they use what they have. They are charging incidental without even a damage
The staff needs much better training.
I had a late check in and could not check in and also didnt get refunded for the stay so i had no place to stay
