Cheap but not that clean, will not stay here again Check out is at 11am but at 8:45 the housekeeper knocked on the door and I told him we weren't leaving til 11 at checkout time. Then at 9:30 he comes back to knock on the door and I answer and he askes if I have any garbage I'm said no I'm leaving at 11. Then at 10:20 the front desk calls me and asks if we are extending our stay i said no when is check out he said 11 I said that's when we are leaving and I hung up the phone. Not good at all I found a bed bug on the bed. The sink in the bathroom was clocked. I asked for a non smoking room and the room was smelling bad. The entrance of the hotel smells bad .

You don't get the amanities described in the list! Hotel description doesn't match what is offered: a kitchen in room without utensils, plates, pots & pans, not even plastic cups in the bathroom to wash out your mouth. No coffee maker in room. If you call a granola bar and a package of instant oatmeal without a bowl or hot water, make it in a plastic coffee cup in your room with the microwave a continental breakfast, that is different than my opinion about it. Disappointing I had a 9 night stay, requested room service and NEVER received room service. Ran out of toilet paper. When I went to front desk to request, they had NONE. Front lobby and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. My room did not. Some staff were kind and apologetic. Some clearly did not care. Poor management.

WHAT THE HECK?! I went with this hotel for the price so I guess I shouldn't have expected anything grand but at least some common courtesy. We stood 4 days and when we asked for our bed to be changed and for new towels they denied us and said it only gets done once every 7 days. So after complaining to a different employee they provided us with our own linens to change ourselves. Affordable This hotel has received some exterior upgrades, but the interior has so far been neglected and it shows, although it's still a good value.

No Thank You Never again! A little maintence would go a long way. You also have to ask for dishes, etc. The front desk is left unattended for long periods at night; couldn't check out.
