Staff is very friendly and helpful but bathroom needed to be updated. Shower curtain was falling down and patched drywall not painted. Elevator never worked. You have to ask for everything for the room( coffee pot, towels, pots and pans and silverware).

All the employees I had interactions with were so nice and helpful! But more specifically, the coffee was amazing! Definitely made us feel like we were in a home away from home.
Weekend Review Queen bed, looked like a double. Key didn’t work on second day, took 2 trips down to desk to get a key that worked. Give credit on the 2nd trip back up a staff member accompanied me. Only had a partial roll of toilet paper in room. When asked for another roll at the desk, clerk had to take time to write it down before handing me the roll. Their “breakfast “ availability was really lame. TV in room was not totally loser friendly and disappointedly small(though size was as reported).
