There was a fire in Laundry room while I was there. The alarms in building sounded, and someone from staff silemced alarm within 15 seconds. Fire alarm activated several minutes again for actual fire in bldg. Staff silencing alarm put all occupents in danger when there was an actual fire. Staff did not evacuate occupents or take any steps to do so. I know for fact as I am a retired Fire Chief.

Would not stay here again. Not as good as I expected from stays im other extemded stay hotels we've been in.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need to be refreshed and cleaned better. Some new paint and some new fixtures would go a long way. The rooms are kind of beat.
