quiet location.
The one issue I had was that I had noisy Guest in the room next door and could not get to sleep until 3:00am due to the loudness.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. We had an excellent stay
The staff were friendly and overall the facility was nice. It is convenient to many things in the Philly area without seeming like you are in the city. Unfortunately some of the guests were noisy past midnight, so it was difficult to sleep but can't really blame that on the property other than needing better sound-proofing, which is probably not an easy thing to institute in an already built building.

Comfortable stsy
Didn't like the fact there was never anyone at the front desk for service, even to check in. Phone in room was not working.

Nothing fancy here but the property was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was right. I would definitely stay here again.
