Tub had hair in it. Shower didn't work. Found a pair of dirty socks in the closet. Hardwood Floors not swept or mopped. Came with no cutlery, plates etc. Probably because people steal. You can ask for those things. They had coffee, pastries etc in the morning. It's ok for a night. Fortunately there wasn't too much noise for a Saturday night. We got lucky

Only complaint was room stunk of cigarettes smoke!

We were left waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We had to knock on the staff breakroom door and ask for assistance. When someone arrived, they didn't greet us or apologize for the wait. When we went out later that evening, an employee was using profanity in the lobby area while talking to another employee. Not a family friendly environment that day. Customer service was lacking.

Room needs to be updated. Light switch didn't work, no cover on one light fixture, carpet very worn, bathroom had areas that weren't clean

Love the kitchenette and full fridge

I was there for 1 night, so it was fine for what I needed. Not somewhere I would stay for more than that. There was no remote for the TV. Both chairs were broken, did not feel safe to sit in. Carpet had stains and was dirty. Stuff (dust, crumbs maybe?) flew out of the vent when I turned the heat on. No comforter, just a fleece blanket on the bed. Had to go to front desk to get another one because the 1 wasn't enough to keep me warm. Water only came out of half of the shower head. Room had a weird smell, like a stale smell, t... read more
