The amenities were ok but a little outdated. Main problem was the AC/Heater. It was too loud. I turned it off and somehow it keep working.

Great Stay I live in Maryland now so I come to Philly often to visit my son and my granddaughter, this trip I decided to stay at a hotel so I could have some alone time with my granddaughter and everything was very clean and kid friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I visit. Also this place is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.
The hotel was fine for the price. There was a couple of items left from the previous occupants, a soap bar on the bathtub and a drink in the refrigerator. Not a big deal. Overall the room and bathroom looked clean. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. There is a small kitchen area but it's not equipped. Not even a cup. Grab and go breakfast was a muffin and oatmeal, hot cocoa, tea, or coffee. No real milk. In the middle of the night I was woken up by the loud voices and doors slamming which lasted for some time.
A good room makes the difference.
