Room needs to be updated. Light switch didn't work, no cover on one light fixture, carpet very worn, bathroom had areas that weren't clean

I was there for 1 night, so it was fine for what I needed. Not somewhere I would stay for more than that. There was no remote for the TV. Both chairs were broken, did not feel safe to sit in. Carpet had stains and was dirty. Stuff (dust, crumbs maybe?) flew out of the vent when I turned the heat on. No comforter, just a fleece blanket on the bed. Ample parking with safe environment, clean facility with a courteous and professional staff. The room has all of the amenities a person can want for a stay with additional services for a small fee. I would stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We were left waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We had to knock on the staff breakroom door and ask for assistance. When someone arrived, they didn't greet us or apologize for the wait. When we went out later that evening, an employee was using profanity in the lobby area while talking to another employee. Not a family friendly environment that day. Customer service was lacking.
