Door keys didn’t work fourth time finally Staff was nice ..door key issue was a bit much . After going to the room three times with a different staff member who was very nice . I was given a new room with yet another key that didn’t work !!! Staff did try to help and was able to turn a bad situation around

Good Value, dirty bathroom Check in was easy. The hotel was relatively clean. However, in the room, and bathroom especially you could tell it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower and an old soap bar from the previous tenant still on the tub. Yuck. Also, you could see like the remnants of toothpaste in the sink.

It was awful. They assigned me a room in which someone else was already in. I go back and tell front desk and they assigned a different room. This room was a disgrace. All around filthy. The freezer and fridge was so dirty and the microwave as well. It looked like it was old blood in the freezer. I left and told them I wanted a refund.
