Friendly Staff and Clean…BUT Staff was very nice and attended my needs. Room appeared in process of renovation - refrig was painted shut. Had some trouble making tv work. FREE breakfast was a disappointment?

Bed were terrible the room had a bad smell and the bathroom was not clean and had dirty towels.... Will never stay there again!!!

This hotel was terrible it took the front desk person 10 mins to check me. The key that I was provided took 3 swipes before it worked. Entering the room it was very nasty. Didn’t have any toilet paper I had to ask for toilet paper and a wash cloth and I was told it should be in my room. I had to clean the tub out and sink off before use. The refrigerator had filth on it the floors appeared to have spills on it that dried. The bed had a horrible noise when sitting on it or moving around. Drive a bit further! Looks different then in pictures. The beds were very flimsy. No shower gel or conditioner. Had kitchen , but no dish soap, coffee maker or bucket for ice. No ice Maschine. There was no breakfast to speak of, just coffee and a small muffin/ granola bar to go. No where to sit. Way overpriced and questionable people staying there. It would have been ok if the price was 49.-, not 149.- !!!! Never again.we only stayed there because of heavy rain storms.

I liked nothing drive 8 hours straight to be turned away at the door says there charging me for two nights but wouldn’t let me stay had to sleep in my car never will I ever book with them again

Due to the weather, power was out the 2 nights we stayed. No AC, hot water, breakfast, etc. unable to use CPAP machine. Due to issues in the area, finding alternative hotels was not an option. Facility had no contingency plans to relieve the issues. They had to go get buy battery powered lights when the hallway safety lights that actually worked failed. I hope they compensate us when they come back online..

Not sure this is even a hotel. Arrived. No signs whatsoever on the building indicating that this is even a hotel. Stood at the service desk for about ten minutes before anyone arrived to help us. Took about 20 minutes to get checked in. TV in room not working. Various people wandering around the building. Seemed like an apartment complex. Felt uncomfortable and not very safe.

Facility very tired. Patched walls, beaten up furniture, flimsy bed, moldy smell, stains on pillow. Certainly not worth the price for sure. Front desk person on check in very nice.
