Awesome customer service The thermostat on the heater didn't work. If you set it to 70, it was 80. Turn it down as far as it goes, and it's still 80, so I turned off so I could sleep. Crazy thing, even turned off, it still ran for 20 seconds every 20 minutes or so. When I related the story during checkout, the hotel mgr. Trisha, comped me one of my 2 nights. Extremely happy with the customer service. I would bet that heater was fixed by the end of the day. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff, especially Bri, were excellent. All were very helpful but Bri deserves special kudos for her assistance when I locked the keys in my rental car.

Walked into a dirty lobby, floors not clean. Room was not very clean, floors not vacuumed and counter tops had stains and water marks. Just didn't feel very clean. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and accommodating.

Good value decent room Check in desk very friendly. Like that the room flooring has been updated to wood in most of room. Bed was hard and heating/cooling difficult to get “just right”. But for the price it is an excellent value.
