Where are my dishes? I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Everytime I have stayed, there has been no dishes or silverware in the place. How can you have an Extended Stay with no supplies?

Very bad management!!.. The manager, a lady, is the worst!.... Very slow service!!... checking took her 20min without having anybody in front of me!!! And this is the second time this happens every time she checks me in.... She seems not to care about customer service!! Also, my room was misding toilet paper and towels!!

Very bad!! Room was not maintained. Table broken. Only one chair. This is an extended stay and there is no accommodation for eating at the table.

Never again it was terrible our toilet didn't work instead of giving us a new room we had to use a plunger all night hood hotel people loud in the hallway loud out side the rooms and I think I saw a crack head never again

Don't do it.... The room smelled so bad of stale greasy food. The bathroom floor around the tub was filthy. The guy that checked us in was rude and took forever.

Poor Service was poor there 2 days for family member in hospital drove out of state 10 hrs no ice machine no coffee pot or cups no plastic left room bed never changed asked for fresh towels mind you on second floor was told to bring current towels down to replace with fresh just not happy with service period
