Hurried to check out I was very satisfied with my stay except for being rushed to leave in the morning so that housekeeping could clean up. With checkout being 11 am, waking up your guest is quite rude since the room is paid up to check out time.This has happened several with times with my stay with this hotel for this reason I will not stay there again.

Did not meet my expectations for Deluxe I have stayed at both regular extended stay and the deluxe - actually the regular was better.

It seemed like most occupants lived at the hotel. Heard a fair amount of yelling, people crying in the elevator, and on the first night someone was sleeping in the lobby. Room was mostly clean, seen a few dark hairs in the bathroom. Bed was clean but pretty firm.

There was no kitchen utensils or anything. You have to ask for stuff. I requested a room for 4 persons I had to go and get my own bedding. Not a pot or plate was in the kitchen. .The point about staying at that type of hotel is to have the convenience with everything in it.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. It is not a smoke free facility. Room 306 was filled with cigarette smoke residue. When i walked in, it was so bad, I could taste it. The carpet and furniture were filled with cigarette burns. The bedding and curtains were dirty. The front desk clerk was rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it because it is a smoke free facility. I have asthma and cannot be near cigarette smoke or residue. The hotel was not as expected. There were no extra pillows or blankets. We had room for 3 people with 3 pillows and just one blanket. While I understand that this was an extended-stay hotel, however, that is not acceptable for a hotel and reservations for a family.
