Employee and Manager, Sylvia were very rude and disrespectful. I remained calmed and attempted to redirect the energy into a more positive interaction, the manager continued to cut me off and over talk me. Horrible experience

Only room left when I got there and it was from from the best. Mold on carpet. Sheets weren't cleaned. Bathroom toilet was leaking. Bathtub was backed up.

The hotel itself was not bad. However, the staff at the front desk are NASTY! I would NEVER stay in another extended stay due to the attitude and rudeness of the staff at this hotel!

Didn’t get exactly what I paid for. I booked for a two queens size bed but got only one with a terrible sofa bed.
