When i got here i was told the room was not ready i waited 2 hours for a room then when i got one the room was dirty. From bed to talbe to microwave. Once i was put in a new room it was more comfortable. But dont expect to have Wi-Fi cause u have to pay for it here. Also u can not watch anything but regular tv. So i had to watch my shows on my phone. They did offer a 2 check out to make up for all the things and a be our guest pass.

Checked in around 8:00 p.m. the lady at the desk had to leave the desk and check the rooms several times she came back and told me the rooms were dirty she had multiple guests in the lobby waiting seem like she was the only one working. While waiting in the lobby she had multiple guest come down and complain about the cleanliness of the rooms.

The check in process was smooth once I arrived. However, the room smelled terrible. My TV didn't work and it had to be replaced. There was also 2 trashbags full of trash from a previous occupant underneath the sink. The people on the floor above me ran and stomped all night and I did not get any sleep. I will not stay at this Extended Stay again when I travel to PA.

I should have never checked in. From the moment I walked into the elevator it smelled like pot. The management does nothing about it. This is a place where people are partying all night and kids are playing in the hallway. Partying goes on after 8pm in the lobby with the management and long term residents. DO NOT stay here.
