The property was very unkept. I wouldn’t say dirty but DEFINITELY NOT CLEAN.
Room was without coffee and sufficient toiletry. I paid for breakfast and there was no coffee even. Forget the bread, jam, egg etc. Manager even did not bother to make coffee while we waited. Checked out wirh hot water in our cups. Refund so called breakfast charges!
They overbooked and had no rooms available for me even with a reservation
The response at front desk was extremely slow. Waited for someone to come to the desk for check in for over 10 minutes. Got to room, said, king, but bed was not that big. No TV in room. Happy we only needed to be there a short time
We took pictures. Pool of liquid under bed (blood?); dirty walls, baseboards & floor; t oilet NOT clean (pubic hair found in bowl);sheets with unlaundered sheets; etc
When I arrived, the room was clean at first glance. However, the handle for the shower appeared to have mold on it and there was someone else’s hair in the shower. The sink in the kitchenette had a two yellow stains on the corner and the fridge needed to be cleaned out as well. The sofa in the room showed visible wear and tear.
