The staff were great. But the room stank of cigarette smoke and we had to sleep with the window open. Also, the free breakfast was just processed and packaged muffins.

The other reviews? Trust them. I booked this room for my mother and brother, who were traveling from out of town. I wanted to avoid this property because of the reviews, but Wrestlemania left the entire city devoid of two bedroom rooms at a decent rate. So we risked it. The hotel lived down to our expectations. This place was filthy. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t flushed when we checked into our room. I had to disinfect the toilet seat myself. I would not recommend.

When I arrived at 545ish, the room was not ready. Check-in was at 3p, so I didn’t anticipate needing to wait for a room after a long hospital shift. Despite the short wait, the desk clerk was pleasant and kind. This morning however, the desk clerk was curt and distracted.
