It took 3 hours to get checked in because the guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. After being given a room the man waiting after me was given the same room. I finally was given a new room got in the room the had to check out 5 minutes later after seeing roaches all over. I was told I'd be refunded in 24 hours for the inconvenience and still haven't received or heard anything.

Located in industrial area. High security made me feel less than safe. People smoking at entranceway.

People above us very noisy, there were people arguing in the hallway multiple times in the middle of the night. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, plus there were three pillows for the two of us, so I went with just one flat pillow. No hair dryer and it was 30 degrees outside! I opened a kitchen drawer and the inside was filthy!

One night was enough I decided to book here because i had heard good things about Extended Stay properties. When i arrived, I was immediately concerned by the plexiglass barrier at the front desk. I wondered if there was a problem here and if I was at risk. The room was okay. Nothing to write home about. TV remote worked only if I stood right on top of tv. Not so happy This was maybe my second or third visit at this location and I have never been so uncomfortable. The bed my boyfriend and I slept on was absolutely horrible. We both woke up with aches in our backs. In addition, we had used toilet paper in our restroom. A beleieve new guests calls for a brand new roll, this was so unsanitary. I like Extended Stay, but I'll be staying at the one located in East Plymoth Mtg for now on.

The property inside and outside is in dire need of a good cleaning and overhaul: hallway carpeting is dirty and torn, room floors were filthy, paint chips on wall in multiple places are visible, shower filthy, stove top encrusted with burnt food and oil/dirt. Initial desk attendant was excellent; subsequent attendants had to be “rung” out for service. Copier for receipt hard copy was broken. Room door lock did not function. Going to give another chance: hoping this was a fluke!
