When I arrived to check in there is a button to press for service. The front desk agent came up agitated and said we need to wait 15 minutes to check in because she had to deal with something else. When I told her I had a meeting she said look you have to wait and said she needed to call her supervisor. There are people outside smoking all around the building and cigarette butts everywhere. They claim on expedia there is free breakfast. They have some prepared packaged muffins and small packaged granola bars. No juice or any... read more

Terrible experience. Filthy room with urine on the toilet seat, pubic hairs, soap in the drain, and the floor was black. I cleaned it myself just to not feel disgusted. Then there were loud parties in every room, which caused me to sleep with the TV on. Lastly, there were me smoking marijuana outside our room for a good part of the night.

Horrible, Dirty, Our room was never ready or clean even though check in was at 3 and we got there at 6pm. A total mess Never ever will I consider staying there again.

Well I could hear the people of above walking which is normal for an apartment, not for a hotel. And they advertised "breakfast" but should be listed as "on the go breakfast" or "quick breakfast snacks" if you are putting out gronola bars, oatmeal packets and coffee.

Very disappointed. Never again. The bed was uncomfortable, the a/c didn’t work right and worked more as a heater than a cooler. In the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom, there was a puddle of water at the base of the commode. At that point, I got up and started repacking my bags because I knew I’d be looking for another place to stay. I should have stuck with a hotel firm I trusted.

The worst stay ever Took 5 rings of bell for service at front desk for help. Front desk people were never present. Always in the back. Got feeling they could care less about guests. Hotel was full of loud people and nothing was done to ensure peace and quiet. Elevator broke for 2 days. Staff only put sign on bottom floor. Worst stay in hotel ever.

Would not stay again. Everything is cheap, no quality sleep, no drapes or curtain, sun comes right in at sunrise. Sheets crappy. Had to hold the toilet flusher down to flush, so I became the professional toilet flusher for the kids. Bed not attatched to wall and on metal legs so they kept sliding. No coffee maker in room, no cups. No house keeping so no fresh towels the next day. I saw 1 staff when i checked in and the another 2 days later when i checked out.
