My experience since check in has been a true disappointment. I travel frequently for my profession and have put my trust in staying at Woodspring hotels. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience staying at this chain. Upon arrival, I had a delayed check-in. The area was boarded up so I called the hotel phone number and could hear the representative through the wall yet I had to wait several minutes for assistance to get checked in. Extremely noisy from people plying loud music in their cars in the parking lot to people being noisy in the hallways and rooms. Dumpster was overflowing with trash. Room wasn’t too bad except that the bathroom sink was clogged. Staff came up to unclog it but didn’t bother cleaning and disinfecting the sink afterwards. I went in and there was pubic hair in the sink after they left.

Last resort My room was not ready when I arrived shortly after 3pm which is check in. There was a stain on one the pillow cases. The bathroom was just not that clean. I know everyone is short staffed but for $140 a night come on.

The property itself was pleasant if basic. Lots of well lighted parking. Staffing was minimal. We never saw anyone after our check in, and a gate was pulled down over the desk. The hallways and elevator were filthy and smelled of dirt and mostly smoke. The room was clean but smelled strongly of smoke. It was an unpleasant stay and we will not stay there again.

I normally don't even leave reviews, but this was such a bad stay I had to warn others. This is easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Aside from the unhelpful staff, we booked(and paid) for a king room, then were checked into a full. No efforts were ever made to accommodate or refund us, just a simple "we were probably out of king rooms." It took a really long time to check in. The women at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing and I was stand over an hour 9 months pregnant trying to get my room. The tv wasn’t working. the beds were extremely hard, the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on and no one at the desk for checkout. I had to call to tell them I left my keys in the desk. They were suppose to email me a receipt but never did. Very horrible experience.
