Worts hotel i've stayed in by far Where to start....I wouldn't call this a hotel. This seems like homeless shelter and live-in apartment for some. Very dirty throughout the hotel and inside the room. We've seen blood stains on our sheets, holes/opening above the AC unit to the outside, room smelled like animal urine.... For the amount of money that they charged me I would've rather spent the night in the car. Make sure you are able to cancel the hotel if you choose to stay here. Hotels.com showed all nice pictures of the hot... read more

Though we arrived before 11pm, the front desk was not manned and we had to call and wait for staff to arrive. Elevator floor was filthy. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Noise from adjacent room kept me up during the night. This was not inexpensive, either. We will never stay here again.

Surly front desk that was unresponsive to calls trying to get toilet paper which was missing and extra blanket since beds only had sheets. No complimentary shampoo. Had to go buy shampoo amd toilet paper and froze all night

If I was asked to describe this place with one word it would be "disgusting"! Don't get fooled by the picture displayed. This place is filthy, it's loud to the point that it's impossible to sleep, and the odor hits you like a wrecking ball as soon as you crack the front door open. Not to mention that the stuff, if any, is nowhere to be found. A nightmare you'll be telling about even to your grand kids shall you make the mistake to book it.

Horrible customer service! I booked a overnight stay at the Woodsprings suites. When I arrived at the front desk no one was there to check me in. I called the number at the counter and no one picked up. I called the 800 reservation # for assistance they had me on hold for about 15 minutes then hung up on me. After being in the lobby for about 45 minutes I had to pay $230 to get home by Huber. I have been trying to get my money refunded ever since! Save yourself the trouble don't go there!

We arrived from a wedding at 11 pm for a one night stay. There were people loitering in the parking lot and around the entrance to the building. The front desk was closed for check in. We arrived to our room and there was a terrible smell in the hallways and the room. We reserved a king room and we’re given a room with 2 queen beds. When we called the front desk to ask to checkout and be refunded no one answered. Luckily we ran into the attendant in the hallway and she kindly checked us out, said we could call back in the am... read more

The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were plastic wrappers here and there on the floors. The elevator was noisy, and we were concerned it might break. Our room had random coins on the window sill and on the counter. The towels smelled like they hadn't been washed. We weren't impressed.

There were 2 roaches in our room, bathroom sink did not drain, huge stains on carpet when you got off elevator. Wifi costs $13. Staff was very friendly. Little sketchy outside.

Sucked Arrived at the hotel and there was garbage all over the parking lot. I had to call to get someone to the desk to check us in. They had trouble with the credit card machine as it took 3 different cards to finally work (no, it wasn't a card availability issue). Took elevator to our floor, carpets in hallway were dirty and didn't look like they had been vacuumed for a while. Opened door, beds were made in a sloppy fashion with only blankets, no comforters. Floor was dirty. It was supposed to be a two night stay, we decid... read more
