first week is fine. second week they put me on first floor , there was constant noise upstair . i ask the front desk if they can relay the message. The noise was still there , i cant even sleep at night. is like someone keep moving back and forth moving stuff around . it was the weirdest thing i have ever been in. just constant shifting noise

Terrible night My first negative review. Worst experience ever. The lights kept turning on by themselves. At 3:00 A.M., they put us in another room. When we opened the door, the room was occupied. The hotel was unwilling to do anything for us for this terrible inconvenience and said it was against their policy to give a refund.

The bed was terrible, for it to be an extended stay location there were no dishes, silverware, or the basic kitchen items. No iron, or blow dryer. The shower wasn't cleaned properly. And the bottom of the toilet looked like it has never been clean. Checking in they ask you to call the agent to the desk. They never answered someone had to knock on the door where they were. Over stayed in Extended stay hotels during Covid and never experienced this.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was dirty. No blankets on the bed. Had to ask for towels, shampoo and soap because again I am pretty sure the room wasnt cleaned. We did end up getting our towels, soap and shampoo, but no one could locate blankets. We gave up waiting and went out and bought our own. No apologies were given! Finally our room was "non-smoking" but it wreaked of smoke. And in case you were wondering, it was not cheap at $140/night. Do not book here! RUN

Horrible The Place is just bad. There were Cockroaches in the room, the sheets were not clean and the hallways smelled. It’s just bad don’t waste your money booking this place. You better off sleeping in your car.
