UNACCEPTABLE CHECK IN We arrived to check i around 6 or 7 in the evening. Upon checking in, we were told that our room would not be ready for at least another hour. This did not make since to us since check in time is 3pm. This was totally UNACCEPTABLE and should never happen again. I feel there should be some type of compensation for this huge error. Maybe a free night or 50% off our next stay. PS. Some other guest arrived shortly after us and they were told it was gonna be at 2 hour wait. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Do not stay here. Horrible experience Overflowing trash outside.Check in took about 45 minutes even though there was only one person in front of me. Keys didn’t work twice. Second time the front desk staff disappeared for over an hour so I couldn’t get into my room and had to stand in the lobby waiting until someone returned to give me new keys. i liked the room nice and clean with the kitchen area. I didnt like having to wait 45 min to check in. I didnt like how people were freely walking around smoking and drinking. The trash on the outside was everywhere.

Lack of amenities towels, ironing supplies, bed very uncomfortable. Window closes after a certain time. There is no live person to talk with. It felt like a housing project instead of a hotel.

My key cards hardly work I can’t even go to work comfortable nor can I come and go as I please because every time I leave the property my keycard stops working😒 the hotel entrance is locked the keycard don’t unlock the back entrance and staff have to let you in and nobody’s ever at the front desk for that they close the gate at a certain time and your on your own so you have to hope somebody is walking around at 2/3/4 am to let you in 😒 front desk ppl don’t answer the phone after a certain time nor before a certain time it... read more

The person checking me in was extremely slow. She left the front desk while she was checking me in and was gone for almost 15 minutes.

Will never stay here again This hotel was not worth the money. You can smell the pets that were staying in the building in the hallways, there was a used washcloth left in my bathroom and the front desk closed earlier than expected
