Sketchy Clientele The room was nice and price was reasonable. Unfortunately the lady who was accosted three nights in a row in the neighboring room with a guy trying to kick down her door each night and eventually assaulted the her was a little too stimulation for someone trying to rest in your room. Cops showed up three nights in a row yet not once was I notified of any issue or given a explanation by management of how they planned to handle the situation. Was only able to stay one night out of my 3 night stay that’s how bad it was. Was given a completely different room than what I had booked there was hair all over the beds & stains on the sheets, the bathroom there was hair on toliet paper roll & in tube barely any towels also no tissues either for the room. I found a dead baby cockroach or bed bug on one of the two beds that was in the room. The room smelt faintly of burnt popcorn & cigarettes. Unhappy Visitor The bed in my room was supposed to be a queen size it was not. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible it wasn’t. No rails in walk in bathroom had to put desk chair inside shower. The bed was unstable made noise every time you moved. My husband is a big man standing at 6’2 and 260lbs. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. The building looks pretty new but it’s very unprofessional, uncomfortable, they want you to remove your own trash, I don’t think there is housekeeping, you can hear people through the walls, it seems as if drug addicts live there. It was very uncomfortable

There were no towels in my room, I called the 500 number and no one answered so then I went down to the help desk, no one was there but a customer helped me call them again. The worker finally came down and apologized that they didn’t have anymore towels and gave me two wash cloths and the towel you put down when you’re getting out the shower. Didn’t enjoy my stay here!
