Sorely unimpressed and disappointed!! I was expecting the accomodations to be a lot cleaner than it was. The walls we're very grimy and overall cleanliness was subpar for the extended stay chain. I arrived and the first room wasn't even ready so I returned to front desk and was given another room which was very filthy (the walls were grimy) so I returned again to front desk and was given another room. Was told room was newly remodeled but was not impressed because the only thing that was remotely new was carpet! In the futur... read more

Avoid this place Terrible customer service, terrible looking rooms everything was damaged and dirty

You barely get what you pay for Outside looks ok, lobby is alright.....room was last updated in the 80's probably, carpets worn out with trash in the hard to vacuum areas, bathtub had black mold ring where 2 piece shower panels meet, Bathroom has scuffed linoleum. Hallway from elevator to room smells like heavy commercial chemical mix being used.

Not all Extended Stays are created equal! We've stayed at the Extended Stay in Santa Rosa, CA - and absolutely loved it. Our expectations for the Tempe location fell way short however, as we realized that not all extended stays are created equal. The rooms at the Tempe location was run down and uncomfortable. Comparable to a motel 6. Bed was rock hard, no covers except for thin bed sheet. The kitchenware were all by-request only, and our request for extra pillows never arrived. They gave away my room, what reservation???? I arrived in Tempe at 8:30 pm Nov 8 and Extended Stay said there was no room for me and they made no attempt to find me another hotel....

Don't stay here The hotel is poorly managed. The front desk and front of house staff don't have knowledge of the hotel or its surrounding area. They do not get back to your room requests in a timely manor, or at all without multiple requests. The hotel room is dirty, and they only provideroom service once a week!! Which may not even be during your stay. The hotel has an odor of old and dirty disgusting things. I was very unsatisfied with this hotel and my three day stay.

The worst nightmare ever! Looking at the room online was completely different than what my experience was. This was by far the worst experience of a motel ever! Oh my god. It smelled, my room was supposed to be a queen size bed, had 2 twins I guess or 2 full size, the stove didn't work. The walls were dirty, sheets stunk badly, smelled like rotten body odor, smelled like smoke. I ended up having to leave the motel 2 hours after checking in, it was so bad and had to go find a different place to stay. Worst motel ever!!!!

It is nice to have the kitchen. Hotel needs to work on cleaning stairwells and changing mattress cover. They clean infrequently so hallways and stairwells need to be vacuumed. Need automatic air freshners in hallway to help deal with cooking odors.

horrible room coming from fellow maintenance guy Room was bad. Couldn't sleep paint chips yellow paint dings everywhere.. looked like a bad apartment turn
