Too over priced for the location. Suite had no kitchen accessories as advertised. Funny how they asked if everything was okay yet I am sure they knew that the room was incomplete.

Nothing more than a room Room didn't look like it had been updated in ages. Not even a clear picture on the TV. Only grab and go breakfast which is a completely different experience from other Extended Stays I have visited. No vending machines, no pantry or anything to purchase Tylenol or other basics that you sometimes need when staying somewhere.

Not a good location No one at the desk upon check in. Standard room too small for 2 people and reeked of deodorizer so we had to upgrade to a "suite". While it was equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, etc. it had no plates, cups, utensils,toaster. pans - nothing. They were available but we had to ask for them. There were no hangars in the closet and when we asked for some, they said they could only find four for us.

Horrible Experience I did not like my stay at all. The staff was not helpful anytime I had a question they could not accommodate me at all. My room location was horrible. The walls were so thin I could hear constant footsteps above me and on my floor. I could hear loud talking all night. The smell that accommodated the hallway was awful. Below standard of other Extended Stay Americas. The room was run down, air conditioner was only in the sitting area (not in bedroom), internet log-on did not work. I had to call technical services, and after nearly an hour I was finally logged on - but the connection was so slow - slower than in many African country hotels - that I gave up. The included breakfast was coffee and breakfast bars, so I just went into town and ate. The place was also hard to find.

Make sure you put in the comments about a pet!!!! We had booked in advanced so we didn't have to look for a hotel that allows pets. We were told we had to go to another hotel because they didn't have a pet room for us. To check in was about an hour process and then they couldn't charge us correctly. The first hotel didn't care but the second one did. I will not book this hotel again.

Nice location, but room problems. This is probably one of the toughest reviews I’ve ever had to write. My wife and I are very frequent travellers and have pretty realistic expectations about what to expect. Rather than just an overall review, I’m going to offer a few smaller reviews. Horrible There was trash under bed and very unpleasant smell through out room and hotel. It was horrible and staff had attitude issues . Some of the guest look suspicious.
