ok stay Two fire alarms went off during my one night stay (someone had burned something in their kitchen that night, then in the morning, a kid pulled on the handle in the breakfast room. Also, blow dryer did not work and missing coffee packets in the kitchen.

Dirty walls. Stained carpet. Holes in carpet. Would not stay at one again. Expedia operates recommended this hotel as an equal to a La Quinta Inn. It was no way near equal.

Horrible!! Will never stay there again! They ask you to check in after 3 knowing that it is too late to get a room somewhere else. We checked in at 4 and was told right off the bat that unfortunatly the room I PAYED for already had been given away. The Angels stay here and Stay America lets you pay for a room - and then upon arrival they tell you sorry it's been already booked by someone else, but here is the catch they offered me a room with 2 twin beds which was said to be the only room left. Disappointed I am so surprised that hotel next to the airport has no one at the desk at night, or even at 5 am! Just a post it note saying "no rooms". Which I know in fact there were rooms because I booked them online in the lobby because no one was there ! Coffee isn't made till 6 ISH...many of us work earlier...but we do have in room coffee makers...mine didn't have a carafe ...so I did get a new maker, but no filters...they. Kept telling me the coffee was in a filter, i kept insisting it wasn't... And it wasn't...couch wa... read more

Not impressed The hotel appeared dingy: The walls, carpet, bedding, towels and everything just looked dirty. The beddings and drapes had cigarette burn holes on them. The towels were clean (at least I assume) but dingy and you could see stains on them. The carpet looked old and dirty. I saw several dead bugs on the carpet in the room and throughout the halls. The a/c in the room didn't work properly either so we had to open the windows to cool the room off at night. And one of the bedside lamps did not work.

This room was cleaned before I arrived? There is no Dailey cleaning service so after the 4th day I had to go to the front desk for clean towels but they were unable to give me any because the laundry had not been done. The room was very dirty prior to my arrival and the walls need to be reprinted. Never anyone at the front desk to great guests because they were always in the back room. Will never stay at another extended stay America again, ever!

Terrible I was very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of my room. I had to call after hours front desk to come and give me a new comforter and blanket. There was fresh BLOOD on them. I never did receive a clean blanket due to none available. This is completely unacceptable to me. I have left a couple of messages for the hotel manager and STILL HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE!
