Safe, quiet location When I checked in there was only a staff person there who informed me he did laundry. It was around 3am when we arrived, exhausted and eager to get to sleep. I gave him my paperwork and he reluctantly agreed to getting us into a room although he had no access to the computer. He only agreed after I asked him to contact a manager. He then gave us a key and when we opened the door the room was occupied. The room he put us smelled of cigarette smoke although he assured us it was non-smoking!!! It wasn't!!!!

Thankful it was only one night... :( We arrived at the hotel at about 10pm to check in. The front door was locked so I had to page the front desk clerk to the front. It took her about 10 minutes to get to the door and when she arrived, it looked like she was wearing her pajamas! When we got to the room, it looked dingy and low quality. I went to the closet to close the door and it almost fell right on top of me!! It wasn't even attached to the hinge- just sitting there waiting for an accident to happen. The management is 0 value The management need to be replace in this as you only hear NO or we cannot do I had no word of yes at time I stayed , customers relation is (0) value , I had tour around California all wont greet , only in this hotel in Phoenix cannot believe what had happened to us . we were three in person and every one of us had his room and all of us had and itching problem from the bed

not worth it... old bed, room smells like smoke, not worth the money.

Wouldn't recommend The hotel is in dire need of overall updating and a good cleaning. You have to stay 7 days to get the room cleaned unless you want to pay for it. If you want clean towels you must take the dirty ones to the desk and exchange for clean ones. A couple bars of soap and a hair dryer are about all that's offered as amenities.

Horrible stay..never go back The halls smelled like smoke, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the furniture was nasty and gross as well as the floors. NEVER go back!

Not what I expected, gritty Perhaps a bad night for the locals, but I stayed only about 20 minutes then found something else

Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed Hallways smell like an ashtray, bed is rock hard, bathroom fan non-operational, bathroom faucet leak, TV needed service. In all, the appliances & furniture appeared to be at end of life. The rates are low and we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, otherwise we would have changed hotels.
