last minute stay arrived hotel, staff hospitable. room was stuffy and hot. staff did not tell us size of bed. full size bed in room. appliances were old and dirty.

DisAppointment I made reservations online same day of stay and received confirmation via email. Upon arrival to hotel i did the front desk routine and was given a key, but as we got to room it was still occupied. Returned to front desk and was told no rooms are avaliable. We were directed to a different location about 5 miles away. would not recommend The hotel allowed what appeared to be intoxicated occupants in the room above ours to continue to throw furniture., fall down & be audibly disruptive. We thought the ceiling was going to collapse! I phoned the front desk at 3am to complain but the ruckus continued. I should have called the police.

Terrible!!!! This hotel was dirty, smelled of smoke and I left and got a different room after paying. No manager or staff on duty, only a laundry guy. Had to go back the next day to try and get my money back. Working with hotels.com to get my money back. Horrible experience.

Close to Airport and ASU Hotel is old and needs new carpet and a paint job inside. Doors on the rooms look dirty and with a lot of dents. Carpet is dirty. Room is okay but it could use better appliances. Bed was conformable but the room had a funny smell. When asked to change rooms was told that was all they had. People were nice and efficient and I will not hold it against them. It is an old hotel in much need of renovations.

Our stay in Homestead, Phoenix Airport Tempe For a non smoking room, it smelled of smoke. The walls were dirty, the air conditioning/heating did not keep the room at a comfortable temperature. We were only given one coffee pack for a three night stay. No toiletries were provided.

Horrible Experience! The desk clerk checked me into a room that was unmade and filthy. I got a new room. 20 minutes later, someone else with an active key tried to get into my room. The desk clerk then called to apologize. Are you KIDDING me?

We stayed here and every morning we were woke up from construction around 5-7am. It was very frustrating. The room wasn't very clean when we arrived.
