The room we stayed in the beginning the tub was clogged. We were moved to another room at our request, it was not offered, and we were good. We stayed on the third floorand their elevator did not work. In our second room we could not feel the AC in the adjoining room.

The staff and hotel room was nice but the bathtub wouldn't drain at all.

Great The front desk agent was very nice and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. Because of covid-19 there weren't any amenities available but the experience overall was definitely worth paying for.

The elevator was broken with no repair. The facility had their gym and pool closed so I worked out in the room. The downstairs unit started to complain but yet where was I able to work out? I had a child with me as well and they couldn’t accommodate me on the first floor. They were still cleaning the rooms past check in time. It seemed unorganized but was too bad of a stay. The mini kitchen was a plus. I didn't like the late check-in & the cable was AWFUL.!!!
