Nice area of town, close to I-10 but away from traffic. Front desk closed 11pm to 7am. Rooms are clean and quiet but kitchenette area was dated. No bathroom fan.

Drab and Dreary This hotel is rather dated and dreary. It wasn't dirty but very well worn. When I first checked in, I had to sign their no smoking policy that had a $250 penalty. The first room they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke! Thankfully there was a hotel employee in the hallway when I opened the stinky hotel room door and he helped get me a new room. I am very grateful for his help.

We had originally plan on staying dir two days, but we had an emergency which shorten our stay. But we explained and spoke with Travelocity we were still charged anyways.

quick drop off in Tempe Drove my sister back to college. Was looking for a inexpensive room that had good reviews and offered a kitchen, was comfortable for 3 people in case the family decided to join and offered a pool and gym with free breakfast. This room had all the above. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Spent the afternoon, resting from the long drive into Tempe and preparing for the long drive back the next day. Unpleasant Difficult to find comfort in an unclean smelly room. Location and service were good, but I had to leave and seek another hotel to gain comfort.
