Average We checked in a little after 11pm. The lobby was secure and I had to be let in by another guest who was also checking in. The lady who checked us in thought there wasn't a reservation for us and started to make one. I let her know we should have one made already, I made it and paid for it online. She was able to locate it but it did take longer than necessary to check in. Great Value A short night, it worked fine. Not luxurious, but clean & comfortable & reasonable. Recently remodeled, it's basic, with options to have kitchen items. Breakfast was nothing to speak of, coffee in lobby/breakfast area (not in room), bed was comfortable, room was clean. Easy to find. Convenient location.

Basic and clean I'm always skeptical of the hotel cleanliness before checking in, and hoping I didn't make a mistake. This property went through a recent renovation and it was clean from lobby space to the room. Since half the room was tiled I felt more comfortable about it's cleanliness. It had a sofa and oscillating TV. Staff was fine. Transactional but lesser important to me than the room.

Hotel near airport It was recently changed from a smoking hotel to a nonsmoking. I happened to get one of the smoking rooms. Bad perfume cannot cover the odor of smoke or take away the nastiness of cigarettes.
Convenient, affordable and spacious Overall good experience. Not terribly well located, but the price is right. Check in staff, Cici, was incredibly helpful and gave us tips on travel in Phoenix and Sedona. Room was spacious and well equipped with kitchen amenities. Bed, mattress and pillows was the only downfall. In fact, with just a few quality pillows, this hotel would have received a much better rating.

close to Tempe and airport Grade remodeling of the rooms, friendly staff. Pool area nice, close to hwy access....and Scottsdale.
