Over night stay near ASU I stayed one night and had no real complaints. I was a bit disappointed sofa bed did not have any linens. Linens were not even provided in the closet. I could have called the front desk but decided to just sleep with my daughter in the bedroom. The bedroom was a bit warm with only a fan in the wall to circulate the AC from the living room. The room was like a small apartment and was very nice. The two issues i had would not prevent me from staying here again.

Mixed review. This review is difficult because I paid for my room and a friend's room. The front desk had everything right for me and my husband, but check-in was ridiculously difficult for my friends' room that I paid for. The internet was come and go and our keys quit working after the first 24 hours even though we had reservations and paid for 3 nights. My friend's room was checked out 1 day early even though I paid for 2 nights. Too much massive confusion for a business trip. We had other things to worry about than what ... read more

Will be coming back Room was nice and clean, located in a nice area. Kid friendly as well if you plan on taking the kids. Will come back for our next trip.

Business trip The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hall, elevator and room had a stale smell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows flattened out to the point I had to roll up a towel to have any head and neck support.

Basic You get what you pay for! Very basic hotel. Bare minimum for comfort. And they advertised free breakfast. "Breakfast" was coffee and a basket full of pre-wrapped muffins. The gym is on the third floor. I think our room was directly below it because all night I heard shuffling, banging, and thuds. Did not sleep well at all. It was cheap though!

Tempe Stay It was okay but not sure it was worth the price. I was told that it was a tobacco free environment. I guess that excludes marijuana because we could smell pot as soon as we got out of the elevator. You could also smell cigarette smoke as well. Mostly pot..... We wanted two beds but we got one bed. I guess the pull out bed constituted a bed. No dishes in room as advertised. Would I stay there again. Yes & No. Depends if there are other hotels with available rooms.
