I called 6 hours before my arrival to let them know we’d be arriving late. They said everything would be ok and they’d be waiting for our arrival. Upon arrival at 2am they told us they cancelled our reservation. That was 3 days ago and I still have not received any type of communication regarding the cancellation or refund.

It felt disorganized, very run down, un cared for, dirty, unprofessional and no one wore masks - including staff, even though there were signs everywhere saying "must wear mask to enter".

There was hair on the bed, sink and furniture from previous occupants. The bathroom floor had water spots. For a stay at the Biltmore area, the level of cleanliness was embarrassing.

The AC and Heating unit fans was terribly loud. Could not use.

Review Smelled like smoke, no cleaning service, no trash pick up for room. Would not recommend.
