The only thing I liked about my stay was the friendly staff.

OMG how bad can it get? This was a solid 3 star property before Covid but it is falling apart. Common areas are a dump. Desk staff are much worse.While the Ice machine has been broken for six months the excuses are getting better. I stopped in at noon for a 3:30 checkin and asked for a ground floor room and the put me on the second floor because the room wasn’t clean. Neither was mine. If it keeps up this pace it will soon be a zero star property.

It was terrible. It was dirty

I did not like my experience at this hotel at all, the room that was provided to me and my family had punch holes in the wall, missing drawers, no hairdryer, and broken lights. Didn't even have a trash can in the bathroom and the customer service wouldn't even try.

The front desk person was very nice and attentive. While he was checking us in the phone rang and when he answered he asked the person to hold. You'd be amazed how many people don't do that which is completely rude. Anyway, we went to the elevator to go to our floor and it reeked of weed. I don't care if you smoke weed, I have myself, but in an elevator the smell can be a bit overpowering. I stayed here specifically because I needed a kitchen in the room and a treadmill because of my strict diet and training regime. The treadmill was broken so which was very disappointing. I can handle a bed being uncomfortable, which it was, but to have non functioning equipment that is easily repaired is unacceptable.
